I cannot access VPN
----------
Im working as tech
support in a 5* hotel.
Today i had a call from a
Room Guest for internet
issue, so i went
there,and checked with
the guest about the
issue. The the problem
is, he can access the
Internet, but he was not
able to access his VPN. I
added his MAC ID to our
server but the result is
same.
The guest
was able to access his
VPN from other hotels,
but he was not able to
access from our
hotel.
Pls help on
me
this...
